2.1. Trademarks The VendPantry™ name, the "Fresh. Fast. Essential." tagline, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of VendPantry LLC. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of VendPantry LLC.

2.2. Copyright All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to VendPantry LLC, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. Accuracy of Information & Service Disclaimers

We attempt to ensure that information on this Site is complete, accurate, and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any information on this Site.

3.1. Marketing Representations vs. Contractual Obligations The content on this Site, including descriptions of services, operational models (e.g., "Zero Labor," "100% Managed," "Zero Capital Investment"), and equipment specifications, is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. These descriptions represent our standard service model targets and do not constitute a binding warranty, guarantee, or service level agreement (SLA).

3.2. Governance by Placement Agreement Specific service obligations, performance guarantees, liability limits, and equipment configurations will be defined solely by the final written Placement Agreement signed between VendPantry LLC and the Client. In the event of any conflict between the information on this Site and the Placement Agreement, the terms of the Placement Agreement shall control.

3.3. "Zero Risk" and "Guaranteed" Terminology References to "Zero Risk," "Guaranteed Freshness," or "24/7 Access" refer to our operational intent and standard operating procedures. These terms are subject to site-specific conditions, power availability, internet connectivity, and the terms of the specific lease or placement contract. They do not imply an absolute warranty against mechanical failure, stock-outs, or third-party disruptions.

3.4. Imagery and Visual Representations Photographs, 3D renderings, and visual assets displayed on this Site, including those found in blog posts, case studies, and marketing materials, are for illustrative and demonstration purposes only. Actual installations may vary in appearance, layout, equipment model, lighting, and branding based on site-specific constraints, inventory availability, and custom configurations defined in your proposal. These visuals do not constitute a guarantee of specific aesthetic outcomes unless explicitly detailed in the final Placement Agreement.

4. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by VendPantry LLC (e.g., partner technology providers, payment processors).

VendPantry LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that VendPantry LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.
