Field Stocking Associate
Part Time

The Field Stocking Associate is responsible for the efficient management and physical maintenance of the VendPantry™ smart micro-stores across assigned routes. This role is the face of our service and ensures maximum uptime and product freshness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute data-driven picking and restocking lists generated by the VMS (Vending Management System) software.

  • Manage inventory rotation (FIFO) and monitor expiration dates rigorously to uphold the "Fresh" quality standard and minimize product spoilage/shrinkage.

  • Conduct routine cleaning and aesthetic maintenance of the smart units, ensuring they remain spotless and professional.

  • Perform basic machine checks (power status, temperature monitoring) and report technical issues to the Director of Operations immediately.

  • Handle inventory and product transfers with integrity and strict adherence to established security protocols.

Required: Reliable transportation, excellent attention to detail, and ability to lift and carry inventory cases.

Customer Support Specialist
Remote

The Customer Support Specialist ensures every user enjoys a seamless, frictionless VendPantry™ experience. This role is responsible for immediate issue resolution, product feedback collection, and upholding our high standard of customer care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Immediate Resolution: Respond promptly to all customer inquiries (transaction issues, refunds, product requests) via phone, email, and app channels.

  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, reinforcing the Premium Amenity status of the VendPantry brand.

  • Data Collection: Log and track all user feedback to inform inventory stocking and strategic service improvements.

  • Technical Escalation: Act as the first line of defense for machine error reports, escalating technical issues to the Director of Operations for resolution.

Required: Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Experience with ticketing systems or retail support is a plus.
